1. Shipping Rate
Over 80$ free shipping.
Orders shipped to countries out of United States may be subject to duties and taxes that are levied when your parcel arrives in your country. We usually declare the hair as “Synthetic Hair or Hair Pieces” with a very lower value to help avoid taxes, but if it still happens, Wigforqueen is NOT responsible for any duties and taxes. Please contact the local customs office on your side for more information regarding custom policies.
2. Boxes, Military addresses:
Boxes, Military addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered. Please leave a physical address for your order.
3. Processing Time:
For in stock lace wigs: the order processing time is about 3-5 working days. (Excluding weekends and holidays)
For colored and styled lace wigs: the order processing time is about 5-9 working days. (Excluding weekends and holidays)
4. Shipping Time:
After shipped out, it normally takes 4-5 working days to reach you.
5.Others:
There will be some delays for processing orders during our peak season. Sincerely appreciate your understanding.
When your wig has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided, from which you can check the status of shipment.
